Great location. Right next to a high-end mall with excellent restaurants and a few retail stores. Within walking distance of several tourist destinations. But $60 per night for parking????

"Worst experience l've ever had at a hotel! We were on the 17th floor, and with our luggage in arms ready to get on the elevator, we pushed the button, and the fire sign came on the elevator. We had to go down 17 flights of stairs. We stopped to ask a housekeeping lady if there was a fire that was going down the stairs she said, " Yeah, no idk," then continued down the stairs herself! I tell the person at the desk and not a sorry, just your all good, and we have someone looking into it. I have a heart problem. This could have killed me! Our room looked as it was not clean well and already had missing water bottles from the last people who stayed in the room. Parking is $75 a day which seem a little pricey. The only thing I can say is it had a nice view.

Very close to the symphony, within walking distance. Many food and drink options. Food court does remind me of a mall food court, sort of a hang out place at night?? Hotel is beautiful, staff very nice. Music by DJ at night in bar/lobby area was very loud. We went back to our room instead of going back to the bar because of how loud it was.

This place was AMAZING ! Everything about it from the ambiance when you walked in, to the convenience of being just minutes away from everything, and all within walking distance !! Clean, friendly staff, and such a unique hotel. 10/10, will certainly be coming back .
