when you hear midtown is meeting buckhead you think this is going to be some excriting glamorous experience. sadly it's not the hotel with that honor is Motel 6 or Days Inn I can't remember the name on Peachtree Road which literally is where Midtown meets Buckhead and makes you want to stay in Motel 6 because it's where Buckhead meets Midtown in all of it's Glory. This hotel's excitement is it's right beside a spa, ten minutes driving to Lenox, and that's about it. I did find a spark of creativity when I had to go get my credit card out the car at 3am and the sounds of the highway were right beside the hotel. This was sort of exciting to hear the noise of the highway. I was given a really tiny room and this was my first two star stay in twenty years and it was just as good as most three stars in Atlanta. So it encouraged me to stay at a 2 star long term stay and I am very happy that I made that decision. The breakfast had potatoes and sausage, the bagels were good. This location is beside the Mexican Consulate so if you are curious about Mexican Art, Ruins maybe you can stop by and get information the building is huge. If you keep going up past the consulate you will go through a medical park and eventually run into Druid Hills which has a Starbucks, Panera, Moe's Tin Drum and other places. This hotel is more Druid Hills than Buckhead Its like midtown momma’s taqueria meets buford hwy thats the midtown Buckhead mix it is not peachtree street meets peachtree road
