The property was clean and conveniently located next to shops. The service was poor and the accommodations were uncomfortable. The TV and telephone did not work. After a full nights stay, my room was changed. The new room didn’t have slippers and other items that were in the other room. When I asked to a have those items from the previous room, I was advised that the country was experiencing supply chain issues therefore I couldn’t be accommodated. I used the complimentary shuttle service to the mall and the driver gave me his card to pick me up. When I called to be picked up the driver stated that the hotel doesnt offer pick up service but he would come get me if I “hit him off properly with a good tip” I was offered me a complimentary breakfast to satisfy the issues. I wouldn’t stay there again.

I was very excited upon my arrival to the Nabu Hotel and impressed by its appearance & service. However, based on the price I paid for a room at the Nabu, I was not expecting to be awakened at 7:00 a.m, on a Sunday, to very loud music played on the rooftop of a building across my room. This music played for hours and caused me to depart the hotel restless and disappointed.
