We arrived early, and allowed us to check in early. Also let us have a late checkout! Beautiful rooms. Spacious big bathroom. Very affordable. We will be back again!

Front desk staff always helpful and upbeat. I was quite worried when I got off the elevator on my floor and there were stains all over the carpet. But my room was lovely. Very clean, lovely bathroom, large enough. Trendy decor but comfortable and nice.

First trip to Auckland, the property is downtown, close to everything, shopping, dining and the Spark Arena. rooms were very clean and well furnished. Staff were friendly and very helpful.Would recommend to anyone travelling to Auckland.

The hotel was nice and very convenient to the CBD. There were good dining options nearby and a Woolworth's grocery store. We didn't have a car, so it wasn't an issue for us, but parking would be a challenge for anyone with a car.

Room was beautiful to look at however the heatpump did not work. There was no windows to open and no fan. The heatpump only worked at freezing cold or not at all, its temp gauge seemed broken and it blasted cold air no matter what temperature it was set on and then turned off when it was very cold in the room until it became very hot and then it repeated the cycle.. we informed the staff and they said it just takes time to adjust..all night it never adjusted after multiple attempts of changing settings. Other guests said their heatpump was the same. It was a sleepless night due to the constant temperature changes andthe spund of the heatpump turning on and off over and over. It was a noisy heatppump as well.No point in paying for a hotel room you can't sleep in due to being uncomfortable. Informed staff next day and they weren't overly concerned at all. Staff not good at responding to emails. Aesthetically though it was great to look at and seemed clean, just a n awful nights stay overall due to lack of sleep and discomfort.
