Excellent overall stay. Original Queen room had non-operational TV which led to an upgrade to a King room that was had a better view of the harbor. Hotel and room were very clean and well maintained. Staff were very courteous, professional, and readily available for query/assistance. Staff demonstrated pride in their day to day work. Excellent location at/near waterfront with all amenities within or close by. Would stay again for sure.

Really great hotel but my room wasn’t ready until 3.30 and when I was ready to leave at 11.10 my key had already been deactivated so could not get into my room and had to all the way to reception - seemed very petty maybe deactivate key cards at 11.30
