Would have liked to receive what I paid for.
I did not get the room I paid for. I paid for a king size bed with city view and got a double queen with parking lot view. I have reserved a few rooms through hotels.com and never had that happen before. The elevator temporarily went on the Fritz while I was in it,was for about 3 min or so , nothing crazy just unsettling. The staff was professional and the room was clean,the mini fridge didn't work and the AC did not really cool the room till the next morning. Will I stay here again,no.

Check in was quick and easy! Staff was friendly and knew their jobs!! I had an issue with paying to park at the hotel i was already paying to stay at! I've never had to pay to park at a hotel i was a guest at ever!! I was pretty disappointed in the breakfast being something i had to pay $18.95 per person for a buffet that would be considered complimentary at any other hotel I've ever stayed at! To charge $3 for a cup of coffee for a paying guest was beyond ridiculous!

It was close to the area my friends and I were going to be going to. Good for the price and clean . Couldn’t find any ice machines that worked went to all the floors which was a little annoying but it was a good stay overall
