The check in was easy & the front desk clerk was friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the door joining the room next to us was not locked & our “neighbors” walked in on us. We locked the door quickly, but that could have been a major security hazard.

I would like to say every employee I spoke with was exceptional. Shout out to Kam who checked us in on the first night. Including our room, the hotel was clean and stress free. I did have to have the key reprogramed twice. There is no vending machine, which seemed pretty odd.

The reservation was not honored and the room was paid in full ... Only a refund was suggested... but at 1.30 am how helpful is that? If you do not want to sleep in the car as I did ..... do not rent this property!!

Great customer service
Really great experience everything was as advertised. The gentlemen running the front were excellent. Cam and Curtis were extremely helpful and professional. Would definitely go out of my way to stay at this location again if I’m ever in the Austin area again.
