Checking in was easy and the receptionist was amazing however, one employee stood out the most, that was Dorian. She was so polite and professional, she made me feel welcomed and not a bother. I had arrived to breakfast late and Dorian never made me fill like I was a burden or a bother. I didn’t know I was late on arrival until I saw shop getting closed up and Dorian still helped me with coffee and Juice. even after everything was closed. She’s a star please celebrate her.

Pretty decent
Customer service was phenomenal. Food was delicious, the two young ladies working omelet station were great although the line was slow. Room was spacious, bathroom could have been a little cleaner- specifically tub- and our tub/shower didn’t drain properly, but front desk corrected it. Would return again

This hotel is in a good location - safe and quiet around a lot of restaurants. But, I should’ve listened to the reviews I saw about this place smelling bad and being outdated. The rooms feel like they are from the 90’s. Upon entering my room, I was hit with a cigarette smell & the AC/Heat in the room is barely holding on. I would avoid this hotel until it’s renovated.
