Last minute arrangements
Had to make last minute arrangements to Bangkok on Chinese New Years. Everything seemed to booked but happened upon this hotel in the Silom area. We had never stayed in this area before but we're pleasantly surprised at what a great pick we made. We received an upgrade for the room (always a pleasant surprise). Great hotel, great staff and great location. Close to the MRT and BTS. Spent the day in Chinatown and explored other parts of Bangkok as well. Special thank to Mr. Anan. Very helpful indeed.

So far so good!
The room very spacious and got free Tuk Tuk service to the Silom Complex mall! However, surrounding do not have Coin Laundry station.

The property is well-cared for. Staff were attentive. The rooms could use a bit of artwork/color/flowers-they feel sterile. The tuk-tuk service should be increased-it is a bit of a walk to Silom and the rats, roaches and broken sidewalks along the way at night was not pleasant.'Best shower in my trip.

Bandara is like a second home. The staff are always the best ive ever met and dealt with. Im a marriott platinum and still choose the Bandara over the other hotels in Bangkok. The doorman mr noom has become a great friend and the rest of the staff are spectacular. I love the Bandara Silom. Even when i screw up my booking they have helped me out numerous times. Favorite hotel.
