Not well received when we arrived. After being up for 33 hours. Just wanted a bottle of water at check in and told us no and there is water in the room. Tried saying we only had one room reserved and that our king rooms were taken. Told the girl I emailed them 4 times confirming our late arrival and they confirmed back all was good. Then she freed up the rooms. Nothing special except for the buffet and those staff were amazing.

Great family friendly hotel
Lovely family friendly hotel with amazing staff, they made us feel very special during the christmas period. Great breakfast buffet, decent size pool and spacious rooms.
