The hotel was great. Took advantage of the executive lounge option and the amenities far exceeded expectations. The staff of the hotel were very good and helpful as well as accommodating. Excellent value for the money.

Great to have the BTS attached to the hotel. The negative was out of all the hotels we spent in Thailand this was the only one where we only had two bottles of drinking water. Every other hotel just gave us as much as we needed. Pool staff was a little pushy with drinks…. Standing over top of us while thinking of what to order. Everything else was great and by far one of the best breakfast buffet ever !!

Ms Fang checked me in and out and she was so helpful. She’s a real credit to the Eastin organization. I will definitely consider this hotel when I return to Bangkok.

We were staying in a club floor room for 3 days. Check in on the club floor was quick & efficient .The rooms at the Eastin Grand were very clean & comfortable . The club lounge offered a good range of drinks & cocktails & the canapés were very good quality. All of the staff that we had dealings with were very courteous, professional & efficient & made our stay very enjoyable. There’s not much to do around the hotel but there’s a Sky train station right next to the hotel which tsjkes you into the city centre. Would definitely stay at the Eastin Grand again
