Made famous because of the Hangover film and still benefiting with the Sky Bar full all the time. From the moment to set foot in the lobby to checking out, you are enveloped in great and friendly customer service. The breakfast is extensive and of a high quality and again, despite how busy they are, the service is excellent Probably the only downside to this place are the rooms. We stayed in a river facing Superior Suite, which was huge, but well used and dated. I liked the Riverside areatoo

A deserving five star
Two things stand out about this hotel: well managed teams of staff and superb restaurants and bars. Service providers at all levels are very courteous and professional. Two indoor and two outdoor restaurants offer great view and exquisite food. Although a bit pricey, the pubs make nice cocktails and drinks, and several have awesome panoramic views. Smart casual and semi formal dress codes are in place for most restaurants and night clubs except the restaurant/bar by poolside. High floor suites are spacious. Room decors can use some upgrade.

The drains in both showers were clogged. We called to report the issue and the staff responded immediately. They fixed the showers. Other than this minor situation, the 2-bedroom suite is spacious, comfortable, clean, and has a great view from the 25th floor. We love it!
