The location is perfect to start exploring the city. The staff and the concierge were super helpful in everything we need it. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bangkok.

This hotel is in a very good location in the heart of Bangkok. Close to shopping, restaurants and the sky train. We loved our oom which was a junior suite. It was spacious with comfortable bed and separate living area. Our bathroom was spacious with a bathtub and a shower. Housekeeping staff were verry good. We got good services from the front desk staff who were helpful when we had questions about booking tour and getting directions etc. The Park Plaza also has a nice rooftop pool and lounge area. We woukd stay here again.

The property upkeep is not great but I still love it because the staff 4 star and everything is clean but getting older and they don’t do much to improve it however I love the hotel as long as they keep towels and sheets clean and good service
