The hotel is nice and reasonable upscale. It is similar to a Sheraton 4 Points or a Holiday Inn. It is a North American 3 star property. The issues are the staff in the main wing have a very limited comprehension of English which is not acceptable for a hotel with luxury aspirations. The other issue is that the buffet breakfast is horrific and should be avoided at all costs. There are other restaurants in the area however Thai breakfast options are more limited. The corner wing is where you should direct any English language questions. Don’t bother asking in the main wing.

As usual a good trip but variation in European Breakfast Buffet is needed. Ie Bacon, Mushrooms, Cooked Tomatoes, Hash Browns and Pork Sausages etc. current selections can become monotonous.

The hotel was ok, but the room I got wasn't cleaned properly. The washroom counter arond the sink and the tile floor in front of the sing looked like someone had gotten sick there, wiped it up with a towel and it was left that way, unwashed
