Beautiful Hotel in a great location
Beautiful hotel-great location On the waterfront with it own water shuttle taxi this hotel was perfect for us. The rooms were large and very well equipped and comfortable. There was great variety in the breakfast offering and while we did not eat in the restaurant we had a drink in the Tap room after getting off the water taxi one evening which was very pleasant. The gym was very well equipped. One slight negative was the reception area which was extremely busy and crowded and check in was slow however the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel

Wonderful facility, outstanding staff, excellent gym and spa, and a superb breakfast buffet. Staff went above and beyond in all interactions. Service was top notch. Pool was wonderful. Boat service was punctual and enjoyable. Plan to stay again. Thanks for a great visit.

Nice hotel but needs to improve some factors
Very nice hotel in the centre of Bangkok but some details are lacking. When we booked we were not informed there would be a wedding, this limited the availability of some facilities. We were not able to drink at the river bar or walk near the pool. The rooftop pool is not included in the price, is additional payment. Again, we were not informed of this. Nor do they tell you that the lift does not go to the top floor before certain times, we used the stairs and found ourselves stuck in the stairwell as the doors lock! Needed to call reception but they were not prompt finding us, there are no alarms/telephones or other ways of getting out, lucky i had my phone!
