I really enjoyed staying at the Valia Hotel. At first I was upset they located us in the building across the street but the rooms were really nice. The breakfast is amazing and staff all around were great. The chef moved us to the executive room because they couldn’t get a table of 7 because it was so busy. It was really nice. I almost gave the hotel only a 3 or 4 star because the check out person was so rude. I told them we were going for breakfast and she or he said No your taxi is here. I said well they are 25 minutes early so they will have to wait. Then they started checking me out, I said my wife is on a different flight and isn’t checking out yet, continued to be rude. Then the guy trying to carry my 1 carry on was standing on my heals and basically trying to force me to leave a tip. I decided to give it 5 stars anyways because the hotel overall was amazing.

Lovely stay in Bangkok
Really good location, very close by to all the malls. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes from the hotel to the malls so you’re never waiting long. Room was beautiful and very spacious. We had a king suite which was very nice. Very clean hotel

The staff are nice and they try hard. However, sometimes the execution falls a little short compared to other 5 star properties. But to be fair, Valia also charges much less than other 5 star hotels. Also, Soi 24 is very busy at certain hours, so the shuttle to the BTS moves at a snail’s pace.

飯店設備真的新，但還是稱不上五星服務
飯店是真的很好很新，但房間放零食餅乾的方式很奸詐，飲料餅乾全部都放在冰箱裡面，然後只有一包餅乾和瓶裝水在外面，以為這就是不用錢的，退房時才知道要錢，而且還是是最貴的一包，外面賣28塊，這裡一包150，我覺得是故意的，再來是接駁車就非常差勁，標榜15分一班，但每次從BTS等接駁車時,都要30分鐘以上，最誇張還等到快1小時，大熱天的這樣5星級的服務真的非常不ok，等到會很生氣
