Front desk manager went over and above to collect us from the airport after a late evening arrival, which necessitated the night auditor coming to work early to watch the front desk during Alex’s absence. Both men were welcoming and gracious. It’s an older non-chain place owned locally. The room was very clean but somewhat worn-appearing in places - certainly not an issue to a good night’s sleep on the comfortable bed. Thank you, from a weary traveler!

Quaint hotel and town
Hotel is very quaint looking. Staff was very nice and friendly from shuttle driver to front desk. As I was female traveling solo they were able to get me in the main/lobby part of the hotel which was nice. Room was a bit dated but was clean and comfortable.

Everything is outdated the mattress was ancient and uncomfortable the bathroom was hot pink super noisy heating system sucked headed up to 80 and never got up to 65...

Again for the third time the room was not in good order. I understand that there is issues here with housekeeping. I’ll would be more than glad to manage the facility. That’s what I do in the summer for motel on Mount Desert Island. Would be nice if the room was comped for the amount of times we stay here.

We loved the fact that there so many dining options with several being extremely walkable. Our only complaint would be the continental breakfast that had a waffle maker but no syrup. Option 2, cold cereal but no milk. Otherwise, comfortable stay at an affordable price.
