Great Location. Bus right outside hotel. Metro very walkable. Tucked in a nice corner of Gothic quarter. Grocery store right next door. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. They even packed a picnic for us for our super early flight on the last day.

The hotel location was perfect in Old Gothic quarters easily accessible to everything. While the room was clean and comfortable it was next to elevator I could hear everyone as they came back or were traveling the elevator, noise level was high; there was also a continuous noise of running water that sounded like water falling in between the walls and at times there was smell of sewage that would enter the room. I had ask for a room change the first day, but I was told it could only be done in the next morning after 10am but unfortunately I was would be out for my tours by that time I didn’t get a chance for a room change. If I had different stay could have likely been better.

Loved everything about this hotel. There really isn't anything we can suggest to improve upon at all. It's super convenient, lots of shops and restaurants in the area and the staff was superb. So friendly and helpful!!! We highly recommend!

Incredible stay!
Amazing stay! Hotel is in a great location just off the gothic quarter and a 5 mins walk away from the port. Taxi rank just outside and the hotel will order a taxi for you if one isn’t there. Please don’t listen to bad reviews. There is tea and coffee in the room but no milk (not an issue as there is a supermarket next door) and yes it’s off a main road so isn’t a quiet area but you won’t find one in central Barcelona. Our room was over the Main Street and we slept very well! Beds were comfy, always clean and staff were lovely and made great food reccomendations (Sensi and 7 portes were incredible!). When we do come back we will be staying there again. Thankyou!
