Nice hotel, great central location. Good choice at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Had problem with shower not draining but reported to receptionist on departure, but did mean one of us was unable to use shower

Wonderful, cozy hotel. Has a modern yet quaint vintage vibe. The amenities are kept up to date. They also use LED lighting, I noticed, so props to eco-friendliness. Accommodating, courteous staff, and the pricing (especially for a day-of reservation) was more than agreeable. I'd definitely stay here again if I travel to Bath, England another time.

The location is perfect to explore Bath. Our room was absolutely outstanding, clean, large, all the amenities you could wish for. The staff so very helpful and friendly.
