Average stay but great location!!!
This was our second stay at the Apex and we were really looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately the pool in the Spa which was great last time but was freezing cold for the first night. The morning of our stay i woke up to no hot water in our room or the spa showers downstairs and after raising a complaint there was not much else but a sorry. It was a shame as it put a huge damper on the mini break. The hotel is however perfectly located and easily accessible to all the main tourist attractions in Bath.
