Staff were great, place was clean but checkin was an absolute nightmare. Housekeeping was delayed by an hour and we sat waiting in the lobby after being told someone would come get us when the room was ready.
Nobody ever came and then when we finally queried at the desk again, our room had been ready for a while but nobody bothered to come and tell us.
Also only one lift was working and the one that did work was really slow. On the top floor this was a bit of a pain.
Although the room was nice and breakfast was good, I don't think I'd stay here again.
A really lovely Hotel bang in the City centre. Close to shops and restaurants. The staff are all very friendly. Check in was quick and easy and the rooms look they were recently renovated, with a very comfy bed Parking too is very easy in the podium car park for £15/day. Great value. Will definitely stay here again.

Average stay at the Doubletree in Bath. Dining options were limited and not told that food was not served past 9:30pm for dinner when arriving so a few disappointed kids unable to get dessert. Room was cleaned to a minimal standard throughout stay also but feels like the hotel was struggling with recruiting staff throughout but not what was expected from a Hilton.
Good stay. Some areas could be cleaned better. Noticed some hairs in the bathroom and bits on the floor but overall a nice hotel in a good location and for a reasonable price when i booked.

Tiny room - really stuffy and road noise/general late night noise terrible when you opened window. Air con far too loud, duvet really thin. Main areas nice but wouldn’t stay here again.
