There is not close access to the rental facilities. My husband had to park on the other side of a tall metal gate and then I had to walk through the parking lot to get to the office. Alao afterwards there’s no close vicinity to the drop off area. I had to also drop off the car walk a distance to the public parking of the Thrifty parking lot.
