The rooms are immaculate. The part that was most frustrating after extended travel is an early check-in is 30 euros for a room that is already cleaned and ready to go.

All round good hotel
All round good hotel. Rooms are clean and look/feel "new". Good breakfast, with most items also marked with veg/vegan labels. Good dinner options for a short stay. Excellent location from the airport. Only downside is that it isn't made clear on the website that the spa costs extra to use.

Convenient for T1 & T2
On the whole a very pleasant stay in a new hotel. You can check in on line and in reception use either a person or machine to get your key cars which is very convenient. Rooms are clean and tidy and, importantly, quiet given how close the airport is. The only issue I have is the fairly standard German duvet which is always 50 cm smaller than the bed!! There is a restaurant on site which was quite good but I did not appreciate the waiter pointing out that there is no service or gratuity included and would I like to give one. Possibly due to number of US visitors and their propensity for tipping but European standards are different. Good service deserves recognition but I don't want to be forced into it. Breakfast was good

The room was very nice. We needed extra pillows which were brought to us right away. There was a complimentary bottle of still water in the room. Each bed had two European-style comforters.

A restless stay
Clean hotel and a friendly, professional staff; there is easy access to terminals 1 and 2. We only stayed overnight on an 8-hour layover, so we were very tired and only wanted to sleep. Unfortunately, the temperature was extremely warm in the room and throughout the building, so we had a very restless, uncomfortable stay.
