Helpful staff allowed us early check in as the room was ready. A few snacks available wigh water provided. Clean room and amenities. Television kept turning off for some reason, but not a big problem. Great location for what we needed to do.

Super good location, friendly staff (besides the fact that in the morning at 8,30 am someone from the cleaning service surprising knocked at the door for whatever reason), clean. I expected the room to be more fine and elegant.

Standard amenities, good location
Nice, clean, hotel. Good sized rooms and low levels of noise. Good location right by Friedrichstraße and the river Spree. Some near by reasonably priced restaurants. Another review mentions the lifts: they're still an issue. There was only two in operation on my visit. You'll often face queues to get out. Take the stairs for regular outings and leave a few minutes early if you've got luggage
