Comfortable stay
Always find Motel One as a straightforward hotel to stay over in. Comfortable bed and bedding and a great shower. Heating also available in the rooms, essential for January in Berlin!

Bad houskeeping service
Hotelroom was not cleaned and serviced after first night. Receptionist started apping with the housekeeping which said the room was cleaned…so made me feel like a liar…i gave up and hust asked for some towels. Not professional

Overall nice, reasonably priced place to stay.
Overall stay was very nice. Checking in can be a long wait. The WiFi is not secure and signal weak many time. Sometimes, WiFi is completely lost. Also, it requires multiple sign on frequency to get connected Prices are very reasonable and overall service good. Staff friendly and helpful. Room service is limited due to Covid and you must request daily service, if your preference.

I recommend!
The location is very nice. The hotel is new, comfortable and clean. The team is fantastic and ready to help! I recommend for sure and I would be back. The only point to review is the breakfast that is missing homemade things for example I missed eggs with sausage and different offers of fruits.

Clean, very comfortable and central
Excellent value for money, central location, very clean and comfortable. I cannot comment on breakfast as I sadly did not eat at the hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
