Room was clean and comfy - just what I needed. I couldnt get the heater to work, but that could have just been me being stupid? also, I didn't call the desk to ask - bed and blankets were comfy and warm enough.

What a disappointment. This is definitely not a resort. Hot tub wasn’t working, we told them and it appears it’s been broken a while?? Why wouldn’t you fix it? No clean towels for the pool and the guy working, kept saying, “that’s all we got”, referring to the hand towels near the pool. He had a bad attitude and shouldn’t be in customer service/hospitality. The thermostat in the bedroom was broken and when we called he said it would take 30 min to come on and it never did. No elevator, so you have to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. Not worth the price. Hotel advertised a zip line, that didn’t exist. No food on site. Room comes with one coffee pod and no water. Again, not a resort or anything I would have imagined for the price.
