The front desk attendant was rude, and charged $20 more than the rate I booked the room for, and charged and additional $15 for the pet fee…. Her attitude was awful, when I told her so, she said I was the rude one for complaining that she charged the additional 20…. The room is old, and the mattresses are like the cheapest ones you buy at Biglots. When I contacted Travelocity about the overcharge, they said that price is always subject to change by the vendor. I will not be booking through travelocity in the future….

The man that I dealt with upon check in is not personable. Not even remotely! I am a customer, I passed several other properties and I could have chosen anyone of those other properties, but I choose this property. The core essence of my complaint is lack of professionalism.

Refrigerator was covered in black mold and curtains had mold on them. Very outdated and smelled very old. Toilet seat had cigarette burns on it. You can hear your neighbors only stayed because of the price and location and everything else was booked.

Horrible staff and owners. Very rude, nothing worked in the room. Outlets broken. Breakfast was a joke. Sign on the waffle maker "Broken". Nothing but questionable coffee. Paid for two nights, only stayed for one.....it was THAT bad!

It was a great value, I've paid far more for lesser accommodations. I was particularly impressed with the hot water in the shower; it was instantly available. I had to cut my stay short, but intend to stay here again when I come back to town.
