Negatives : hair drier was only cold air, need frame broken which left a big dip in the middle, WiFi didn't reach out room Positives : great service, friendly staff, really nice food, good location

First impression was really good, until we wanted to eat in the restaurant which only had one vegan token offering. Room was ok, mattress was awful and squeaky. Breakfast the coffee machine was broken, hot water wasn’t very hot for the coffee bags provided. Again no vegan offerings. And the pasties was cross contaminated with nut ones sitting on top of non nut ones. Really disappointed

Lovely Hotel for short stay
The Hotel is very grand and had nice features, lovely big rooms, great location and even though its next to a busy dual carriageway you don't hear any traffic noise. Shame the Leisure Club was closed and no free parking. And unfortunately, I had issues with at lot of banging and stomping noises from the room next to me.
