Gracelands is a big beautiful house in Blackpool near to all amenities, it is in need of a complete refurbishment, toilet flushed brilliantly but didnt take away waste. bedding was old pillows lumpy, Furniture had seen better days. However the hosts/staff were very friendly and the breakfast was really good, enjoyed it.

Great place to stay. 5 min walk to Coral Island & Town Centre. Clean, Comfy and Friendly. 4th time I've stayed and wouldn't change. Be back next time.

Breakfast was luvly! Needs updating! No soap or gel in shower or toilets! No towels anywhere Window wouldn’t close! Curtain tie back screw fell off! Toilet didn’t flush properly! No soap in room! Was shared toilet Staff were very friendly tho Place needs overall badly! So old & depressed
