New modern house (spacious & ecofriendly) with view on the lake & the mountains

The villa is located in the pretty village of Blonay in a residential and quiet area. Already in altitude offering a panoramic view while remaining very close to the lake, Vevey and Montreux. The location is ideal for families and nature lovers looking for a relaxing holiday.

In front of the house (below) a large private parking allows to park several big cars or minibuses

Access to the house is separated from the main house. A great effort was made during the design to keep the privative side for both housing. (Parking and separate access, terrace on each side of the building, hexagonal form of the house, high-end construction with double wall, etc.)

The living room, the dining room and the modern kitchen give a large open space for people to meet. The space is very bright with large bay windows offering a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains as well as direct access to the terrace,

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to accommodate large groups.

At the entrance you will also find many storage, a toilet, a staircase to a cellar with a laundry room equipped for the guests.

Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms and two large bathrooms. Some additional bed give the possibility of organizing different extra beds

In summer:
The exterior spaces are very pleasant with the large terrace
Possibility of making walks around the house or going up with the small train to the top of the mountain (Les Pleiades)
A share swimming pool and a large trampoline ideal for the family and children.
Possibility of requesting a gas BBQ for grilling
The region offers countless possibilities (walks, lake, etc.)
The passive house remains temperate even with strong heat


In winter:
There will be occasional snow in the garden depending on the season as the house is at the limit of rain / snow. The access road is always cleared. In the vicinity of the house (300 m) a small train stop makes it possible to go up to Les Pleiades, a small family resort. 15 minutes by car you can also reach Les Paccots or 30 min by car to the main ski resorts (portes du soleil / Diableret / villars / etc)
The passive house is very comfortable with underfloor heating on both levels

A perfect home from home
Blonay is a peaceful location within easy reach of the beautiful Vevey and was a good base to us to explore the region. We had a great time and found Montreux holiday home provided everything that we needed.

Newer House with Great View and Everything You Need
We really enjoyed staying at this amazing property. The view from the bedrooms was beautiful. Lots of space to spread out. This house really had everything we needed. A short walk to the Tusinge rail stop. We didn't have a car and it would have been a bit easier to get around with one. A short drive to all that Vevey and Montreux have to offer! The host was a great communicator and very responsive!

Fantastic home overlooking Lake Geneva and the Alps. Loved the space, the location, the kitchen, the pool, and everything. Hiking the mountains in the morning followed by time in the pool was my favorite during our stay.

Fabulous house
We have just enjoyed a week's stay in this wonderful house in Blonay. The house is extremely comfortable and spacious and has everything you could possibly want or need to make it a perfect holiday base. Guillaume the owner was very helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. You definitely need a car staying here but the local area is lovely and it is very well located for getting on to the A9 or A12 to explore further afield. Would definitely recommend.
