We sat at the bar for about 20+ minutes anyone acknowledged us. The restaurant had 4 table's being serviced and 3 staff members in the area. We sat at the bar right where the staff were coming and going and no one asked to help or service.

Excelente estancia y amabilidad
La estancia fue maravillosa, excelente equipo de trabajo, todos muy amables, educados y colaboradores. Es un hotel pequeno, pero sus habitaciones estan en buenas condiciones y limpias. El desayuno es amplio y completo que ayuda a iniciar el dia. En los alrededores hay, restaurantes, panaderias, cafeterias, farmacias y un centro comercial.

Very disappointed. The staff at the front desk and at the restaurant are not customer service oriented. I was charged for my stay at the time of the reservation and the hotel was unable to provide me with a proof of payment or copy of the receipt. The front desk person didn't show any interest in supporting my request. I went to the restaurant for lunch and order pasta. All the staff was attending one activity beside my table and no one was available to help the customers. When I was finally able to ask for the parmesan cheese they said that it is not included with the pasta and I will need to order one portion to be added to my bill. This is very cheap service. The bedroom is not comfortable, doesn't have a suitcase rest.

No drinking water in rooms
Have you ever stayed in a hotel that does not offer drinking water in the room?.. well this is it. If you want water you have to go to reception to collect. Hold on, is not free. You have to pay for the bottle but that come with free refills (at reception!) This place is not worth of the Hyatt name.

There was a young lady, brown skin from Columbia with a beautiful smile, humble and gorgeous. She helped me get water from the counter, spoke good english & helped me understand my first visit to Bogota. She was located on the second floor outside of the dinning room. Near customer service. There was also a man whom helped me at night get get water and pastries. He spoke english too and was very polite. Thanks for you guys level of service...LEONARD
