Did not advertise that they did not clean the rooms unless you were there for a week. Front desk staff were rude and condescending when asked why. Stated all hotels do this, these days. As a businessman who stays in hotels 200 nights per year, I know this is not true. Hotel is in a location that allows loud noise in the rooms at all times of night. I will never stay ay one of their properties again.

One of the BEST properties in the Boise Valley!
I have lived in Boise many years and now visit there often when seeing family. I have stayed in so many different properties I cannot even count them which includes condos, apartments, hotels, resorts, etc. The WaterWalk is top of the line! From the awesome customer service, to super comfortable, quiet rooms to a fitness facility full of the BEST workout equipment, I will choose this property to stay in from now on. There is no where else that truly compares.
