The terrace offers a panoramic view facing Lavandou, Cap Nègre, while having your meals or a drink ....
In the living room you have table, 6 chairs, a very comfortable sofa, armchairs, an LCD TV with DVD player. Board games, books.
The kitchen, entirely renovated in 2011, has a 4-burner ceramic hob, a dishwasher, washing machine, 2 electric ovens and a microwave.
Half a floor above your 2 bedrooms with 5 beds (1x160, 1x90, 2x80). Separate WC. Bathroom.
Outside in the corridor, a cellar where you can store a children's stroller, bikes, suitcases, will be very useful.

Appartement très bien situé mais communication avec la propriétaire difficile
L appartement bénéficie d une belle vue et d un bon emplacement. Par contre il faut rajouter au prix : la location des draps (60 € pour 2 personnes par semaine) le ménage 50€ et si utilisation de la clim surcout possible...... et tout cela n est pas indiqué clairement sur l annonce d où notre surprise à l arrivée. Il faut aussi laisser une caution de 500€ et présenter une attestation d assurance. D où un échange à l arrivée assez tendu.

Emplacement exceptionnel
Appartement idéalement situé, point de départ idéal pour nous qui souhaitions pouvoir faire un maximum de choses à pied. La vue depuis le balcon est parfaite pour des repas face à la grande bleue. Le petit ponton juste en dessous de l'immeuble permet aussi bien d'aller au centre du lavandou à pied en longeant la mer, et de profiter de ses commerces, restaurants, etc, que d'aller à Bormes les Mimosas coté favière, et y prendre par exemple une navette pour aller sur les magnifiques îles du Levant, ou bien un petit bus pour aller au magnifique Village perché de Bormes. Un séjour vraiment très agréable. Merci à Madame Martin pour son accueil, qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. cordialement M et C Bouteiller

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette appartement avec une vue dont on ne ce lasse pas Logement très propre, tout équipé et fonctionnel L’accès à la plage est idéal, à peine quelques mètres, Idéal avec des enfants en bas âge Résidence calme Le garage est en grand plus, surtout en plein de saison Nous avons une Peugeot 5008 et elle rentre sans problème Merci à Mme Martin pour son accueil, disponibilité et gentillesse Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés

Très bon séjour
La location est très bien placée tant pour les commerces que pour la plage. La vue mer est magnifique. Il ne manque rien dans la location. Je recommande quand même de sortir de sa zone de confort (plage en face) pour découvrir les magnifiques plages du Lavandou. Tout peut se faire à vélo sur des pistes cyclables. Il y a même un local dans lequel on peut ranger les vélos. La propriétaire est charmante. Nous recommandons fortement.

Situation exceptionnelle !
La baie magnifique du Lavandou devant les yeux, accès direct à pied pour la plage , appartement bien équipé et propriétaire charmante , commerces , restaurants etc... Et garage fermé à 10 minutes à pied. Juste envie de revenir !!!

Eine Woche mit Meerblick
Die kleine Wohnung hatte als Ausstattung alles was man brauchte. Die Betten sind bequem, die kleine Küchenzeile erlaubt auch das Kochen von richtigen Mahlzeiten und der Wohn-Essraum verfügt sogar über eine Klimaanlage . Nur das Bad ist für größere Menschen wohl etwas unbequem eng. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und ermöglicht e sogar das Parken in einer etwas entfernten abgeschlossenen Garage. Aber in der Vorsaison war das Parken auf dem hauseigenen Gelände noch problemlos möglich. Außergewöhnlich ist die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Bucht von Le Lavandou und die Einfahrt zum kleinen Yachthafen!!!

Bon séjour chez Mme Martin qui s est montrée très serviable. L appartement correspond en tous points à l annonce, très bonne situation géographique. Un petit bémol: en cas de vent fort, on ressent de l air à l intérieur. A recommander.
