Expedia did a TERRIBLE job and did not transmit our reservation to the hotel. I had a confirmation number and my CC was charged but there was no email from Expedia and the hotel was left out to dry. Hotel staff did their very best to rectify an issue that wasn’t their own. Moral of the story: search on Expedia, then book directly with the hotel - they will price match :)

Poor Corporate Policy
Will not ever stay at a Comfort Inn or any other hotels in their organization again. Hotel allows semi-truck tractors to park next to the building and idle all night right outside of the rooms. When I complained I was told "it's a corporate thing". Temperature was not even below freezing that night.
