Booked this hotel because of the value and it had a slide for the kids. The slide wasn’t working for months. Didn’t say that on your website. Very disappointed.

Waterslide out of order for over a year?!
Very disappointed to find that the Waterslide has been out of order for a while. There was no mention of that when I booked the hotel. The waterslide was the MAIN reason I chose this hotel as I have a 5 year child who was really looking forward to watersliding. The room however, was nice and clean.

Both my daughter and I got ear infections from the pool or hot tub - not clean. The water slide was broken. The rooms were not well cleaned. Bunk beds were not made up. Someone had put stickers all over the furniture and staff didn’t bother to remove them. Stains in the wall, halls stank. I’m baffled how this place receives a 3 star rating. It’s cheap, and for good reason.
