Mattress in bedroom was shot-most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever encountered, even in a hostel; it was way too soft and saggy. We had to sleep on the Murohy bed to avoid back pain. The property had no record of my Expedia deposit and charged a different rate than you told me-I will contest that. Front desk was helpful in trying to resolve the issue but it is not yet resolved.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to the town, gondola and is at the end of the 4 o’clock ski run. The room was very comfortable and clean.
