Poor - not much care regarding bad experience
AC wasn’t working properly and it was so loud with other guests we were awake most of the night. Probably won’t stay again due to not much care when asked how was our stay!

Our room was very average and basic given the extremely high cost of it - family room almost $800 for one night - no view or balcony, nothing fancy at all. We had a water leak on the carpet between the bathroom and main bed and all of my bags got wet meaning my clothing and diary also got soaked. The only compensation was to take off the $30 fee for one car parking (we had 2 cars). My diary and other paperwork was ruined and my clothes need dry cleaning which both cost a lot more than $30. Won’t be staying again.
