Lovely clean room. Nice comfy bed. But heating not really adequate, supplied with an oil heater and air con unit. Was either too hot or too cold and the air con unit was very noisy

Fabulous location, great room and bathroom. Good value, lovely staff . Nothing bad to say. Noticed the review saying the car park is away from the hotel but there IS a car park connected.

Beautiful older style hotel in Bristol. Not too close to the main activities and tourist attractions, and better for that. The man who booked me in was efficient but not overly friendly. Breakfast was excellent with variety and choice aplenty. I didn't eat in the evening because there was no atmosphere.
