The property manger at the desk was a pain. Everytime we walked into the hallway, he watched us like we were doing something wrong. For example: we used "the wrong door" and we "walked our dog in the wrong place outside" he was WAY to far in our business. We also were forced to pay a $35 per dog "pet fee" for our service dogs. We showed them the cards and everything.

Omg it was fabulous we got there snd ms Susie was smiling snd greeted us Deehan checked us in the room was perfect clean large bed and pillows very comfortable we had a great breakfast sausage eggs potatoes French toast to much yo name the coffee is really good we had a super visit and it all started with such a welcoming attitude excellent customer service will definitely be back oh by the way they even took a pic of us when we asked ty fir such a wonderful time

STAY AWAY from this one! Tried to check in at the property and the manager at desk claimed they could not find our booking. Manager tried to blame Expedia-and claimed others have been having the same issue. Just wanted us to pay a higher rate directly to hotel and refused to assist in any way. Spoke to another couple who had experienced the same issue.

Oh, my
There was a soap bar with hair stuck to it in the shower when we arrived. The furniture has either all been chewed on by a dog or is deteriorating. Lasting the metal shower curtain bar fell on my husband while he was in the shower. All that said the bed was soft and the gentleman at the front desk alwas incredibly friendly and he did come to see the shower curtain bar that feel when I called the front desk that night.
