Wonderful New Year stay and visit. Panorama room was great and what an amazing view of the city and the NYE fireworks! Fantastic experience and would highly recommend hotel and city

Excellent hotel
The hotel was in the desinger part of Brussels, next door to Prada with Louis Vuttion, Hermes, Gucci etc along the same street. We had a great time and wonderful sleep due to the blackout blinds. The breakfast wad very good but some of the hot food became warm rather than hot towards the end of breakfast. The staff on reception were very helpful and provided me with an UK plug socket adapter and arranged late check outs at a reasonable price. Great views all across the city from the Lounge but also our room. We will definitely stay again in the future. The only down side was the VIP lounge was not always cleaned so there was a collection of empty bottles and glass. Also the food in the lounge was very limited.
