The website made this property look much nicer than it actually was. There was a smell (disinfectant) in the room, the tub and toilet were stained, the lights flickered. The $30 fee for one pet was excessive -most other places have been $15-20. The complimentary breakfast was 3 old bananas, eggs, an empty dish of potatoes that never got refilled and some reasonably good pancakes- but no syrup. That got refilled after we finished. No napkins and grounds in the coffee. All in all, I am sorry we chose this place and would not recommend. Oh- and the bar was closed… no license til next month. The website certainly didn’t say that!

The only reason i stayed at this hotel is because they would not give a refund when i tried to cancel my stay even with over a weeks notice. Hotel was fine, it didnt have a microwave but thats ok. It did have a fridge and coffee maker which is nice. The problem was that the hotel was not willing to accomidate or work with us at all. And i was charged at three different times during the stay, once when i reserved the hotel and two separate times i was charger with fees that the hotel was not transparent about making my stay almost twice the cost as it originally seemed it would be. Overal the place itself was fine but the staff and its policies were awful.

Good place
Had to make an emergency stop on our vacation and chose Bryce Canyon Resort. Staff was friendly and quick. Location was convenient. Place was older but kept. Breakfast included eggs which was better than just cereal. Great value
