The place needs a remodeling. Some rooms window were boarded up. Interior wise. The shades on the door entrance was a little off(can’t closed tightly. Bathroom door lock was broken. Neighbor was noisy late in the morning hours. Overall we had a nice stay.

Horrible all around.

Photos are of the suites, not the regular rooms. I was given the filthiest one with torn curtains and a rusted over fridge to start. I made them switch my room and it was still bad. Found out the hot tub was broken upon arrival. Terrible patchwork paint job repairs in the lobby should have let me know I was going to be disappointed. 2 towels total for a reservation of 4 people. There was a non working elevator by us so we had to take the stairs or walk around the entire place to get to our room. There are broken and busted out windows on the bottom most level that no one has bothered to repair. There were dead roaches on the walkway when I arrived. People picking through the trash out in the dumpster too. I was so embarrassed to have brought my family here. The most ecofriendly thing they do here is make you hunt down staff and beg for towels. So few of our power outlet worked that I suspect they disable them to save money. Everything is on a timer. No one outfitting these rooms considered livability. The shower rod hung down so the curtain pooled in the middle leaving a mess of water on the floor and no extra towel or rug for safety. The pictures online look like they are from 20 years ago. It was a full catfish experience. The only nice thing I can say is that the staff was kind. I imagine they are complained to daily. The cleaning ladies were gracious as well despite not replacing the toilet paper which made me hunt down someone for that as well. Horrible!

Pleasure trip. Love the hotel, need a few upgrades

Location and atmosphere is great. Staff is helpful however weekend staff was minimal. So many things needed attention. Elevator broke down bit was handled by next day. One remained out of order the entire stay. No heat in room, we were provided with a heater. ATM was out.

Do not stay there

The floors were dirty to the point my daughter kneeled to get something and her jeans got stained. The shower faucet was dripping all night. You can hear every single noise in the room. All the steps the upstairs guest take, you can hear it all. The floor felt like a waterbed, you would step and it would sink.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t turn on the heater higher than 76. The room smelled like mold. The water was just warm not hot.

It was ok.

I mean you get what you pay for. I did read the other reviews but given the price and location, I gave it a go. We only needed somewhere to sleep. Mom and 2 kids. There was free parking. Beds were comfortable. Room was large with separate bedroom area with door. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Close to starbucks. Walking distance to medevil times and knotts. Overall a bit dirty. Feet were black in the room. Bugs and spiders in tub. Blood by pool that wasn't there the night before. No hand towels or towels in room. No extra bedding. I brought my own since i read other reviews. Room didnt have heat so it was freezing at night (mid feb). Shower wouldn't make hot water, warm but not a nice shower. Rude front staff. Wifi was the worst but free. Room smelled really really bad, like mold and chlorine. They charge $10 extra per extra guest over 2 guests lol, why? No breakfast. I would not vaction here or use it for an anniversary but for me and the kids to sleep and go, it was fine.
