This is a nice property. However, the single biggest problem is volume in the common area. It is unbelievably loud. My room was right next to the common/breakfast area. There were about 20 people using it as a giant living room until late at night. This was followed by an extremely loud breakfast crowd at 6am. The room was so crowded that it was nearly impossible to walk through, which is necessary to exit the building. I would not recommend this property if you enjoy sleeping past 6am on your vacation.

We always enjoy staying at Brown's Canyon Inn. The owner is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is nourishing and it is a decent cup of coffee. We enjoyed the hot tub too.

The property is owned by a wonderful couple who keep it up to their standards. This is the second time we have stayed there and we have enjoyed it. The continental breakfast has some great choices. Other guest we have talked to have loved staying there as well. Good value.

The desk employee, Mark, was rude and actually walked in on my wife in the morning, well before checkout time, without even knocking. She could’ve been unclothed. will never stay there ahain
