The apartment was reasonably well appointed and comfortable enough for our stay, it is ample in size and space. There was mould in the bathroom which could be removed easily enough. The reception and concierge support was great. And without hassle. The location is good for access to banks, cafes and supermarkets and is central for most activities in Buenos Aires. There are a number of homeless people living adjacent to the apartment building near the large bins, but they did not make problems to the guests.

Overall had a really good stay here with my wife. The unit was fairly big, the bedroom was a decent size as well. The living room was unusable as their was no AC and the few days we stayed were quite hot. The only AC unit was the one in the bedroom, which was fine at night, but once the sun came out and the day got hotter it just couldn't keep up anymore.

Charged incorrectly
My only complain is regarding the charge from Hotel.com (not sure if the hotel has something to do with this). Through time, I collected several free nights and I wanted to redeem one of them, but I was charged anyway.
