Excellent service
I arrived in Buffalo late in the evening and needed to work the next morning. Check in went really quickly but when I got to my room, it wasn’t what I requested. I went back to the front desk and Derrick was very accommodating. He reassigned me to an upgraded room. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was a great stay at a great price!

Going down hill fast.
My wife and I have stayed in this hotel many times over the past 10 years. The building has not been kept in good condition and has gotten worse since Covid hit in 2020. The toilet in our room kept running until the handle was jiggled each flush. Sometimes it took two or three jiggles. The pillows had a terrible smell. The front door mechanism did not work smoothly, requiring multiple tries.The shower in my second room just stopped working and a plumber was called. Worse, I was overcharged a second day and needed a supervisor to correct my bill. Dont rely on the contactless option offered.

Breakfast selections were excellent and the room very comfortable. The young man on the front desk on Friday could have been much more personable and welcoming. Requires a course on PR Too anxious to get back to his 'phone.
