No front desk and if there is It’s not visible Lack of employees The ones that do work especially in banquets or conventions act like the coffee/ tea police ( woman with short hair and yellow jacket) If they could they would send you to a concentration camp for sitting in the wrong spot of the hotel yet they have no visible signage. Plus a saw a mouse
