The check in staff were amazing and accommodating and even made a good recommendation for dinner. There was an issue with their computers and it took a while to check in, however. The room was tired and the hallways were not as clean as they could have been. The checkout process was slow and there was still an issue. I also had prepaid but there are still two charges still pending on my visa for the same amount at this hotel.

Friendly staff. Room was old but clean and had no odor. The third floor hallway was a bit dark. Comfortable bed.
