The common areas are:
The luminous LIVING/ENTERTAINMENT ROOM with terrace is vast allowing privacy to work or to relax. Cosy sofas, TV, convenient tables, board games, cards and huge windows will make you feel at home.

The DINING ROOM with terrace overlooks the nature reserve through plenty of windows. The large wooden dining table is comfortable for 8 to 10 seaters. The deck terrace is big with a relaxing sofa to enjoy the quietness and the view.

The bright and spacious open KITCHEN has a good bench space, a cook top, a fridge, a microwave and copious storage. Cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils as well as tea, coffee and condiments are provided for guest’s use.

The roomy LAUNDRY includes a washing machine, an iron and a sink at guest’s disposal. There are an extra toilet and a small garden as well.

The tiled BATHROOM is spacious with a large shower and bath, wide mirror and bench. The toilet is adjacent with plenty of natural light. Towels, air-dryer, soap and shampoo are provided.

The front and back GARDENS have BBQ at disposal for guest’s use.

The community centre downhill has a café, a medical centre, a post office, a lake with fitness trail, a local pond allowing fishing and clean council BBQ provided for residents. Woolworths, the local pub, the petrol pump and the fitness centre is a short distance away. Jerrabomberra shopping centre also has a restaurant, a hairdresser, a butcher, a pharmacy and a bakery. Aldi, McDonald’s, KFC and a 7 eleven is also a local amenities.
