We left from Terminal 3, which was a 5 minute walk from the property. We are super happy with our decision to book here so we could sleep to the last minute. The hotel is very clean, has all the modern amenities you could want and provides a coffee maker in the room. All staff interactions were extremely pleasant. I am a General Manager at a 4 star hotel in New York City so I tend to see things that the standard traveler wouldn't notice. I found nothing wrong with this property during our short stay other than the "key packets" are not acceptable but I see what you are doing there in terms of providing information. Definitely recommend!
