It's in a beautiful location. This was the worst Holiday Inn i have been to, i always prefer to stay in Holiday Inn but this one disappointed us. Staff were rude, wasn't ready to give us meal at 08.00 and the food was terrible. Coffee machine broken in the morning, there wasn't any alternative.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived because the fresh linen had not been delivered. We were offered a free drink and snack from the bar, but this only applied to the bill payer. Others in the room did not get the free drink and snack even though they were also inconvenienced.

Enjoyed our Sunday night stay. Very convenient for the Bay and a nice area. Nice comfy room and great view. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly. We look forward to staying again.
